SELLING OR LEASING PROPERTY
Compliant Pool Fencing aims to simplify getting your Pool Safety Certificate.
From 1st December 2010 new rules came into force for ALL existing swimming pools.The new rules effect:
PRIVATE OWNERS buying, selling or renting a house or unit.
REAL ESTATE AGENTS involved in selling or renting properties.
BODY CORPORATES or community title property.
ACCOMMODATION PROPERTIES such as resorts, motels, hotels or caravan parks.
